Return Policy
All purchases and transactions made online at shop.fabhardware.ie are final. FAB Hardware Ltd offer returns and exchanges under the terms and conditions set forth below:
Cancellations & Exchanges
You have the right to cancel your order and return any stocked goods at any time before and up to fourteen days after receiving the goods, provided that the goods and packaging are in a perfect and resalable condition. It is your responsibility to ensure that the returned goods arrive in a perfect, resalable condition, so all goods must be in their original packaging and must not be damaged or marked. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for arranging for the return of the goods and the cost of returning the goods to us. When we receive the returned goods and inspect them in our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the value of the goods. If you change your mind about the goods when you receive them, you have 14 days after the delivery of the goods to return the goods with prior written notice to us at david@fabhardware.ie. However, once your order has been processed online, cancellation of bespoke, customised, or special order (unstocked) goods will not be accepted, and no returns or exchanges will be available.
At FAB Hardware Ltd, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to return a product, you will need to arrange the return independently. Should you require a different product, please place a new order through our website.
We recommend carefully reviewing your order before completing the purchase to ensure it meets your needs.
Damages & Shortages
Upon arrival, please check the contents of your order immediately. If products are damaged or missing when you receive your order, Please email us at david@fabhardware.ie within 48 hours of delivery. Please ensure to provide a detailed description of any damage(s) and include photograph(s) or video(s) in support of such.
Returns
Please note that only faulty products are eligible for return. Such products shall be inspected on return. Please ensure the following conditions are met before returning a faulty product:
The product must be in unused and original condition.
An email must be sent to david@fabhardware.ie informing us of the return of the product. Please note the item must be returned to us within 14 days.
The returned order must include all the contents of the package received, including all labels, original packaging, accessories, invoices, warranties, and other documentation.
Cancellation of bespoke, customised, or special order (unstocked) goods will not be accepted, and no returns or exchanges will be available.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3 working days.
If the returned goods are rejected because they are not fit for resale as a result of damaged goods or packaging, monies will not be refunded, and you will be required to collect the goods from our warehouse within 10 days of having been notified of this fact. If the goods have not been collected within the 10 day timeframe, the goods will be disposed of.
